amazing family getaway!

The kids pool and aqua slide pool were heated which was a bonus. the staff was so attentive and helpful throughout my stay. i really appreciated kamal, the lifeguard. He did a fantastic job. the facilities were amazing, especially for children. There were so many options.
the queues were quite long sometimes to get lunch. it took up a lot of time in the sun to stand in line and then wait in the restaurant.

the food was AMAZING!!! there are multiple options available at the restaurants. i found a separate kids' corner available with tasty and excellent meals. the shish restaurant had excellent service from mr karim.

the resort offers many facilities that keep the kids busy. the kids club gave me the chance to leave the children for a few hours to enjoy the adult pool. there is a great variety of swimming pools including a lazy river for children.

the location seemed great with multiple restaurant options and an easy commute. the hotel is near the airport, meaning a short transfer. there is a massive amount of beach available. a taxi to the mall took only a short time.

the pools are amazing and i enjoyed them with the kids. i saw the kind lifeguard, mr ujjal, and he was very attentive. he was also very nice to the children.
i felt we needed more information about all the facilities. we did not fully discover them until the final days of our stay. i found this so disappointing.

i found the staff very helpful. the swimming pool zone is secure and well-supervised, a feature i value. the buffet has a wide selection. there were daily movie nights that the family enjoyed.

the hotel is approximately a 30-minute taxi ride from burj khalifa. getting to the palm takes about 35 minutes by taxi. taxis are readily available outside the hotel.

the staff members were attentive and provided excellent assistance throughout the stay. lifeguards are present and maintain the cleanliness of the resort. the employees respond quickly to requests and ensure guests are happy!

The hotel features many kid-friendly amenities. A waterpark, a swimming pool, and a beach are available. Multiple restaurants offer various cuisines including Thai and Lebanese.
The design packs many rooms on each floor resulting in noise. Hallway conversations and neighbour sounds were audible.

Breakfast included options at multiple locations. The variety of food included Asian, Indian, Arabic, and Western choices. The hotel had many activities, specifically focused for children. My daughter enjoyed the water slides and the movie nights.
The large water slide area had no shade. The steps going up to the slide were very hot during the day. This made it uncomfortable for my daughter.
